I’m ideally seeking a quiet, mature, environmentally conscious person who works full-time outside the home. A non-smoker is essential. I may consider a couple — in that case, the rent would be $675 per week.

About the Space & Living Arrangement
This self-contained lower level (granny-flat style) of a lovely home is available from end of January. The space is unfurnished, with the option to purchase some furniture from the current tenant if desired.
The downstairs area is exclusively yours and includes:

Larger bedroom with walk-in robe, air-conditioning, TV points
Both rooms feature large windows, screens, and ocean views
Full bathroom with bath, shower, double vanity, and separate toilet
Kitchenette/laundry with ample storage and benchtop space

The layout is flexible — you may choose to use one bedroom as a living area and the other as a sleeping space.
There is additional storage within the granny flat, plus an under-house area suitable for storage or a small gym (note: this space is not weatherproof).
The only shared facility is the laundry. Upstairs is exclusively for my use, and downstairs is entirely yours. Mutual respect for privacy is essential and will be fully reciprocated.
